Do you know St. Anne's Well Gardens in Brighton? There's a wonderful tree there which for self-explanatory reasons my friends and I have always called 'The Pigeon Tree'. It's huge and many-branched, and seems perpetually stuffed with pigeons of a particularly and satisfyingly fat quality. Ace.
The Pigeon Tree! I've heard some of my friends talk about it in the past. i really must venture over there one day and have a look - is it hard to miss? Sounds lovely.
It's very easy to spot; if you head behind the cafe over towards the back of the park, it's right by the well itself. Two certain pointers that you're getting close: a low cooing, and dogs looking up, and barking.
